Is there a charge for an estimate?
Not at all, our estimates are completely free. Our on-site estimator will address your concerns and offer you suggestions for the health of your trees, and safety of your property.
I’ve decided to go ahead with the work, what do I do now?
You can let the estimator know on site that you’d like to proceed, or after you’ve had some time to consider you can get in touch with the office. Please give us a call at 613-623-3780 or by email at admin@treedoctor.ca and let us know you would like to go ahead.
Will I be notified of the work ahead of time?
Once you proceed with the estimate, the office manager will discuss scheduling options with you. We are more than happy to accommodate advance notice, however please be advised weather is a factor. You will be given an approximate timeline, while we do our best to honour those timeline, they are subject to change as we do offer emergency work which takes priority. If you are amenable to last minute notice, please let the office know – we do have last minute changes and openings!
How does the payment process work?
We will not ask for payment ahead of time. Once the work is completed you will receive an invoice. We accept payment via e-transfer, MC/Visa, Cheque.
Does Gardiner Tree carry current WSIB and liability?
Yes, we do. You are more than welcome to obtain a copy of our liability insurance and our WSIB coverage. Once the go ahead has been given for your work, please speak with the office if you would like a copy.
Can the work be photographed?
Certainly! We are always happy to have photos taken of the work being done – if you capture any good shots we’d love to see them!
